Yes I always do. It can be really off putting to meet someone with bad or no manners. I will personally not date or befriend people like that. If you don't have any manners you might as well be an animal because they sure don't care about manners.

They say good manners are for people of the last decade. I couldn't disagree more. As bad manners create repulsion good manners still create a good impression.
Also it is much of the only thing that can separate us from all the yahoos who still think we are in the stone age.

Yes I do. My parents were strict about it and I impressed it on my son how important it is to have good manners.
It makes me really annoyed when people don't say "please" and "thank you". It's the same when I'm driving and give way to another driver who doesn't bother to raise a hand in acknowledgement. Some people are really ignorant or just don't care.

Manners are one of life's essentials and strangely enough they come for free. Therefore, knowone has an excuse not to use them !

Yes always and so do my kids, The hubby doesnt though so he has to be told in front of the kids to say thankyou etc.
