I have been caught 4 times in the past 2 years now i'm up to 12 points i relie on driving for a living is there anyway round a driving ban?

Sorry to be a bearer of bad news but if you have 12 points in 3 years there is an automatic 6 months ban unless there are exceptional circumstances and needing the car for work is not such a case. Even then you are off the road for 3 months.

Sorry but you are destined to be a pedestrian for a while.

Stop speeding, or at least slow down for coppers and speed cameras! Its usually 3-12month ban, a big fine or retake your test.

its up to the courts if u get banned its not automatic for u to be baned and if u go to court and tell the court that your job depends on u driving then them may not ban you just larger fine
