I would like to serve the local government AND satisfy my passion for saving earth as well. Aside from DENR, is there any other agency which will allow me to do greater things for my little big country?

Join the Army or Police. Then you can use your gun to force others to do what you think is right.

I would look into the paper mills and make sure they are doing their part to be green and recylce materials. It is a very big operation and the mills produce alot of post consumer waste and I would check with them to see what you can do. We all use paper and paper products so this is huge for the environment.
