run a software that scans the boot section while the pc is booting. use kaspersky for example that runs on linux in the booting sequence and installs itself after that. the disc full could also be due to a windows xp problem. in that case you have to use your recovery cd (everything will get lost)
if you have important data on the disc try to connect the disc to another pc as slave.

2) Start -> Run -> MsConfig -> Right Tab (Startup)
You will some programs and Path ...
If is there any interesting name can be virus and chose it,
After that re open your PC with safe Mode ...
