definitely be prepared to do some falling, but dont worry, most of the people will probably be in the same boat as you, so dont take it too seriously. just laugh and have fun trying it out together, and laugh at your mistakes.

I would say to go to an ice skating rink before the party is on and try to skate... If you think it is to hard for you I guess you don't go to the party! I have never ever been to an ice skating rink in my life so I can't give you more information, Bye and good luck!

I played hockey till I was 27 years old, then stopped skating and went to med school. When my daughter was 4 she wanted to go ice skating. I bought her skates, dug mine out, we went to a rink, I stepped on the ice and went in the air landed on my back. All I heard was my daughter laughing. Be careful!!!!!

Don't worry, most of it will come back. Give yourself a little time when you hit the ice to get used to it again and what it feels like. You probably will fall, everyone does. Just remember to have fun!

It's almost natural. It's like riding a bike! You don't "forget" how to skate. You may forget some moves, but not how to actually skate.

You probably won't get the hang of it until about 30 minutes after you start. It takes time for your feet to learn what it is doing. Try it but be careful because my friend broke her wrist from falling backwards.
It is fun so try it and see if you get the hang of it.

You might be a bit shaky when you start. But your body will become quickly accustomed as you've skated before. Have fun!
