So if a simpleton such as myself say that we as Muslims believe God created all there is from His Light. (a term used to actually describe His energy)
Would it be correct to assume that this was in full accordance with science?
Where science claims that energy does not get destroyed and only changes form.
And since everything came into existence because of Gods energy, this energy has always been here and will always be here?
comments?

J.P. The miracle of creation is a miracle because no one else could have pulled it off but God. Miracles may inherently mean: mysterious things we cant explain but in Islam theres really very few things that are mysteries. God in itself is a mystery and Islam does not try to define the nature of God. Christianity on the other hand, has tried many times.

the energy of the universe is not in question.
you are correct.
the question is "did that energy come from a god."
God is an abstract concept designed to explain the things people of a simpler time could not understand.
its good to see a theory that encompasses god AND science
without discounting the efforts of either side.
Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Bill Hicks..

No. God created the physical energy you see in our universe. God's energy is spiritual. He is a Spiritual Being. God is outside of space and time or physical reality. This physical energy came when God decided to create the heavens and the earth.
Note: There are 3 different types of heavens. Sky or atmosphere, Universe, and God's dwelling place.

God's energy is unfathomable. Even the wisest man that ever live on earth surrendered in God's creation "under the sun".
Ecclesiastes 8:17 Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because though a man labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea further; though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.
What more, beyond the sun? Can we measure God's energy?
Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
Isaiah 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Kinda takes the miracle out of Creation then.
This is the problem with trying to prove miracles happened -- you're peeing on your own foot.
If a deity exists, it is literally defined by its power to create miracles. Finding a physical reason or justification for them makes them no longer miracles.

It is an attempt to fit a square peg into a round hole. Religion and science are different things. It is no different than Christianity claiming that the Big Bang was the creation. It tries to say that a religion is supported by science. It's not so.
If you have faith, have faith, but there is little in religion supported by science.

Energy is a talent you are born with. Everyone is born with a talent but most people don´t get the chance to know what it is.
