You misunderstand its symbolic like a parable. The wilderness was the wilderness of SIN and moses people had entered into a covenant to obey and serve their God. Which they weren't exactly the best at doing. but seeing they had entered into a contract part it saying thou shall do no work on the sabbath whosoever shall work shall be put to death.. so that they could become a holy righteous people who saw God Face to Face which never happened either cause as soon as moses went up in the mountain they forgot God and made a Gold Cow and called it God..

2 Moses did not kill any human intentionally the Man he killed was a Egyptian who was severally beating a Jew the Jew was at the point of Death when Moses Stepped in And slew the Egyptian to save his brother then buried him in the sand. it was not murder he was defending someone else

3 Abram didnt lie Sarah was Actually his half Sister Same father different mother. so technically he wasnt lying and he did it cause he was scared of pharoah

4 We are free what Lots daughters did were what they thought were best and seeing the times and the intelligence levels at the time what do you expect. Men are Men and God is God you cant suppose Men to be perfect like God or they would be God and not man.. So you can go thru life condemn everything and everybody else. Or you can look at the big picture and not the small print

Sharp you are sharp.
Every written law has time and space constraints.
There are so many outdated laws on books everywhere.
I pity the poor souls who have to live by and not an impartial judge to adjudicate in these matters in those countries.
If Bible, Torah, Quran, or Manusmitriti it will be impossible to be progressive. Country must be secular and people should be free to practice religion of their choice within the constitution. In democracies you can change the law if the majority so desires.

your inference and noting this is good and here's the answer 1) The Israelitess were clearly instructed not to work on sabbaths. 2) The man was ignorant and did not revere the word of God and went against it by doing an unnecessary work of collecting wood. while in Lot's case you say he was not punished because: 1) He did not do it but his daughters made him drunk and did it.(Lot did not know) 2) Secondly the fruit of that birth were Moab (father of Moabites) and Ben-Ammi(Father of the Ammonites).BOTH these clans were the enemies of Israel and were defeated by them.

What a wonderful culture and religion.!
The whole world should embrace it to find the holes !.
Peace be with the stones and the stoned!.
what is preached is for others .Those who preach ,should not practise .God has commanded it. It is just like that those who eat , should not be eaten. Those who rob ,should not be robbed. They alone can commit sins and not others . .

The law was passed down by God to Moses.
You left out many errors made before the law beginning with Abel and Cain.
Adam himself disobeyed God.

taking verses out of context from different time frames and locals...why don't you read the whole thing and perhaps you might be able to understand the context and the message....

This is nothing but a proof of corruption done to a sacred book revealed by ALLAH. This is why muslims don't find it hard to believe that sacred books revealed by ALLAH before QURAAN have been corrupted. how easily are they able to drop their reverence tools when talking about people as sacred as PROPHETS(P.B.U.T). The way in which the above verses are addressing PROPHET MOSES(P.B.U.H) and that piece of white lies about PROPHET LOT(P.B.U.H) sounds like SATANIC verses to me.
