Its a Christmas tree. Its a decoration that looks and smells nice... It makes children happy (especially when there are presents under it) and gives people fond memories.
Its not some pagan symbology anymore with people dancing around it naked, chanting and worshipping to false gods and idols... (Granted, there could be a few *rollseyes* but they would be the rare exception).

The Christmas tree was a pagan practice from years ago! I'd much rather see more manger setups. That shows the true meaning of Christmas!

Thats fine if you are an atheist.
But for people who claim to follow the Bible, it says in Jeremiah 10:
Hear what the LORD says to you, O house of Israel. 2 This is what the LORD says:
