Many people feel (and some doctors agree) that coffee is actually an appetite stimulant. Drinking water throughout the day gives your stomach a feeling of fullness that can discourage some of the hunger pangs you get when you are trying not to give in to snacking urges. Eating three regular meals a day, with a small healthy snack in between is supposed to keep you on an even keel with your appetite.

Some people say that coffee is a wonderful appetite suppressant and other will argue that caffeine is bad for a diet and for the appetite.
Just experiment with yourself and see what works for you.
I think drinking a glass of V8 veggie juice, skim milk, and green tea suppress my appetite. V8 might have 50 calories in an 8oz glass, and skim milk might have 80 calories in an 8 ounce glass, but those calories are easily burned.
Cheers

Coffee is not an appetite supressor. After all, coffee is 98% water, and you should know that water(unless in massive amounts) does not supress your appetite.
However, if you drink coffee with a lot of milk, cream, etc., or if you drink something like a latte your appetite will be supressed.

Coffee can but it is important if you are trying not to get all the sugar and milk or cream. Water works so do diet pills. Just staying busy helps when you are hungry do a load of laundry if you are still hungry after you are done then eat fruit or yogurt.

Coffee? I don't know but you don't want to drink it as breakfast. It is important that you eat something healthy for breakfast since it kick starts your metabolism. They say that lots of water does.
Here is an article about appetite control http://www.newstarget.com/003550.html

It might. As long as you don't get into the habit of eating at the same time you drink it. Also, apples suppress appetite. Have one before you eat lunch and you'll eat less.
