If you want a really awesome piece for a "spring thunderstorm" feel, look up "Cloudburst" by Eric Whitacre. He's a modern composer but it's an incredible piece. There's a choral and orchestral version. Check it out!

Bach's Air on the G String relaxes me when I listen to it. Like others have suggested, Vivaldi's Four Seasons is very nice, too.
