What ingredients do you like? Do you want to use beef or something else? How many people do you want to feed? I could be more specific.

Be careful of things you find online (and even in some books). Some are far from traditional. Will you be cooking this for yourself or to impress a Moroccan?

couscous, Tagine, and Bistella are one of the most common in morocco. i love them all! my mom makes the best.
