Go to Control panel click performance and maintenance then click System the hardware then device management find your sound card or audio and update the driver ~~

Try this. Go to start, control panel, click on sounds and audio devices, click on the voice tab make sure your speakers are the default device for playback, do the same with the audio tab, if so click o.k

Have you checked the connection where the jack go,s in to the pc?.If thats ok check that your pc is not on mute.
