I am going to slightly reinterpret your question, because "best" is too hard when I have all those DVDs in the living room. But if you want to know which movies I believe I could watch over and over and not stop enjoying the experience:

Hmmm, interesting none of the movies of the 1970s or 1980s made the cut, although I probably should have included Princess Bride.

The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants, its my fave show ever, I'm in love with it and all four of the books too. Unfortunately, I've only watched the movie thrice...

Apollo 13 ! Watched it many many times and still I sit on the edge of my seat,near the end,when there is no contact between space capsule and ground control......thinking......where are they ?????.Feel very relieved when they appear again about 5 minutes later.
