Everyday!.......... May i just add when folk say you wash the oils out i don`t agree. i am a youngish Gran who has washed hair everyday for as far back as i can remember and it has not harmed my hair. It is still shiny and healthy. You wash your body everyday and your hair is in the same elements as your face and body, which you would not dream of leaving unwashed even for a day. All of that meant please don`t think you are washing out the oils. I`m gone . Everyone sigh with relief. The mouthpiece has spoken.

My hairdresser said it dries out my hair to wash it every day, so I only wash my hair about 3 times a week. I still shower for the other 4, though.

Every 2 days, you need to keep some of the natural oils in your hair.
