This is the formula for this conversion:
8 mbps (megabits per second) = 1 MB/sec (megabytes per second)
So in your case 100 / 8 = 12.5MBps

You mean "equate to in MB"
Mb = megabits.
MB = megabytes.
The broadband industry have conned people into thinking their 8Mb connection will let them download at 8 megabytes per second...

first u clealry understand that small b stands for bits
and
BIG B stands for Bytes.
1 BYTE = 8 Bits
so u can easliy calculate the rest.
