Ireland I believe - there is also the Welsh Harp. The full size harps I'm not sure yet.
Apparently they had Harps in Egypt in 4000 BC.

THERE a harp in the vienna said to be the oldest? used by mozart? i think there s harp in some old germany music too..
Irsh had a thing called a lap harp too! saw it displayed in New Grange a tomb from olden times...
