Food has nothing to do with fertility.BUT what you eat and how you eat can cause you to have a healty and abundant baby.Carrots raw,any greens raw or cooked,beets,red meat,fresh fruit,orange juice you can get your folic acid from that as well,the orange juice,grape juice for your blood and iron,well talk more about it when I e mail you!lol

There is no evidence that any one food helps to increase the chance of getting pregnant, however, it is always prudent to consume a well balanced diet. There is some evidence that females who are significantly overweight may have a harder time getting pregnant, but you do not mention your weight.
It is far more effective to monitor your ovulation - and get crazy whenever this is taking place. Kits are available at your local pharmacy without a prescription. Good luck!

Healthy, colorful foods so you can get all of the nutrition you need. No hormonally enriched meats(especially chicken!), look for "hormone free" meats. No processed junk foods, or eat them only in small amounts. If you get your body in good health then it is more likely to be a warm and inviting place to conceive a child.

I highly doubt there is any food that actually increases fertility. Just eating healthy in general and not smoking may increase the odds. Your body already knows how to do its thing, food won't teach it anything. The only thing I am aware of that ACTUALLY increases fertility would be drugs prescribed by a doctor.

sorry but only hormones will help. you can take prgesteron but I warm you, it's viscosity is the same as cooking oil, and it is a painfull shot in your dorsal gluteus. (your ***) lol. no food will work
