You'll know when you come across a site that requires payment. It will prompt you for a credit card number or other form of payment.
Gee what a nice way of asking for help. Not.

Type free web hosting and you will come up with names like tripod and such which almost no decent credit card acceptance people will sponsor without a lot of money down and large residual payments.
There are too many fly by night people with sites there and if you want to charge money, just get a decent pay type site.
There are many, such as Homestead who let you try their excellent services for free for a month or so and you only pay about $5.00 a month after thet for a small, but reasonable starter site.
For that one or another like it just search for web hosting if you like to compare.
