I think all of them are good places, except for at a funeral. The funeral just doesn't seem right.
The produce section of a grocery store is my favorite! "Well look at these great eggplants they have here. By the way honey, will you marry me?!" haha.

1. a Church = I would be afraid of the lightning bolts striking the church.
2. Las Vegas = She may think your trying to ruin her luck.
3. in an elevator = she will feel trapped.
4. at a prison = she will probably feel your asking her to do your time.
5. produce section of a grocery store = Only if she's a vegetarian.
6. a music concert = sure, she wouldn't be able to hear you.
7. a ferry boat = make sure she knows how to swim, she might jump ship.
8. a candlelit dinner for two = make sure she has a cast iron stomach.
9. a friends wedding = Only if she catches the bouquet.
10. at a funeral = to soon to be hitting on the widow.

1. and 4 is that person is in the prison you wanna marry him/her for whatever cost.. i also think right in the canoe is also a nice option, imagine the excitement..
