I just read "I, my, I, my". Sex is a two person event, even though you sound like you are trying to make it good for her, you are still focusing on yourself. Focus all of YOUR attention on pleasing her, not you, by using your fingers, mouth, ect to pleasure her before you move in for the big event. If you bring her to orgasm before you even enter, you've made it.
