I'd sign on Kimi and Heikki. They're both great drivers and when given a good car, they can do really well.

Apart from that, they are consistent and they don't have attitude problems. Kimi is undeniably good; he won the title fairly this year and in the past in McLaren (their exploding car, remember?) he still managed to make the best out of it and scored points. And he never gives up no matter what.

At the beginning of this year, Heikki started his season poorly but later on he picked up the pace and showed improvement. He's definitely a driver worth keeping/signing on.

I would sign up Heidfeld and Raikkonen. Heildfeld has been around for a few years and has the skills to be a front runner if he in the right car. Maybe next year will be his. I still wonder what would have happened if Ron Dennis picked Heidfeld instead of Kimi. Heidfeld seems very passionate about racing.

Kimi of course is a great driver. He has alot of raw speed but like alot of journalist say he lacks technical input and at time motivation. But his raw driving skills at times are more then enough.

I would pick either Dela Rosa, Wurz or Panis as test drivers. They have years of experience and had alot to help develop the McLarens in there years at Mclaren.

Number One: Jenson Button. Cheaper and with less ego problems than the "established" stars, as quick if not quicker than any other driver.

Number Two: David Coulthard. The most experienced driver on the grid (other than Barrichello, who is slower), a top test driver and a good team player.

Third driver: Vitaly Petrov. He's winning races in GP2 now, and he's the best driver to have come out of Russia. Massive sponsor and marketing potential, which is what you really want from a third driver.

Extra test driver: Ricardo Zonta. Solid, reliable test driver with no real ambition to get back into F1 as a race driver.

I think that combination would give me the best chance of developing a good car (Coulthard & Zonta), of being able to pay for it (Petrov) and of winning races with it (Button).

I guess I would have to say if I had a top notch team i would try to get Scott Speed back in a car and see what he could do with a good car and team and I would put Rubens Barrichello in the other car and hope he gets his just due as a champ. He played second fiddle long enough he needs the top dog spot at least once.
I would love to have David Coulthard too. He was another driver that played second fiddle for so many years to Mika Hakkinen.

If I had a middle of the road team I would put let say Alonso and Ralf this would just be to see if Alonso with his skill and being up front and Ralf with his experience but being towards the back could meet up in the middle of the points at the end of the year.

If I had a horrible team first driver I would get is Lewis Hamilton. I want to see if he is good or just on a good team. My guess both but if he doesn't have a car under him he will be in the back right next to his team mate Sato. In matter of fact Sato might finish higher because he is use to driving junk.

One other thing I am so happy for my favorite driver Kimi but I know I left him out. I guess I would like to see one of these other drivers finally get on top too. So Kimi is still tops to me and I guess I wouldn't be a good car owner rooting for another driver to win but??

properly, i could desire to think of of something witty yet as quickly as I had the funds to possess and run an F1 team i'm particular i could arise with the funds for to objective to apply the call Aston Martin. Now it particularly is a marque that quite is lacking from F1. I nevertheless desire and dream that Dave Richards comes to a decision to sort his F1 automobiles as Aston Martin and not Prodrive.

Hmm.... I'd like an All-Finn lineup. So Kimi and Heikki. Kimi is a really brilliant driver who will do his best, no letting other business bother him. Heikki can be a very reliable team mate who's competitive and supportive. As for test drivers, I'd sign on Gary paffett

I would just buy out Schumi from retirement if I had the money...he was awesome...
But if that would fail, I would go for Alonso and Webber, and make Lewis the test pilot....for that's only what he is fit for...
I would love to put Kimi and Fernando in one team, but I am scared they would have a conflict of priority....
I s'pose Kimi and Heikki would be a nice rival for my own team, with Ralf Schumaher as a test pilot...I really feel he needs to be in a team.

Alonso and Rubens. Alonso would obviously be the number one driver and Rubens would be his loyal number two. I know he hasn't scored a single point in two seasons but i believe the Brazilian has still got it in him to be a good solid second driver if placed in a decent car..

Whatever team i would own, i would also buy the honda car and burn the hell out of it.
