The Charlotte Douglas Airport is about 20-30 mins (unless there's bad traffic) from Concord.

There's Dade County Regional Airport on Roanoke Island, but I don't know if the runways are long enough for big jets. Otherwise, your choices would be Warren Field at Washington, Edenton Municipal Airport at Edenton, or Elizabeth City Municipal Airport at Elizabeth City.
