as much as i'd like to say "go for the gusto!" and throw caution into the wind and tell him how you feel i gotta say gurl.
you need 2 ask yourself, will he stay back if i told him? will it affect him moving away in anyway? and when you get the answer to THAT, you will know the reality as to where you stand on the situation. no one on yahoo answers can decide this for you because none of us will live with the realities of it. you will. so think long and hard. do i want him to be sad that he cant be with me if he has to move anyway? or should i just tell him and see what happens?

Tell him that you want to stay in touch, that you really enjoy his company, and want to be able to continue the friendship, that you don't want to lose contact. From there you can work on going father in the relationship.

yes absolutely,
As your friend is moving away, you would be less time to meet him or her anymore.
it is a chance to tell heim or her that you like him...
maybe your friend will cry and your relationship will be kept forever

id leave it alone, if he moves away just relizing that then you both will be left wondering, usually i would say yes. but i thought about it more this time
