Its now emerged that CBS are planning to show never before seen footage shot from a family friend in the aftermath of Madeleine's disappearance which tracks the McCann family as they 'search' for Madeleine.

Wowzers ............. at what point did they think filming themselves looking for a missing child was more important than say ......... I dont know ........ the friggen person doing the filming actually looking for the child themselves as well!
If it was my child that went missing, the last thing I need is a family friend filming my every step while Im desperately searching for my child. But then I didnt want to become a TV celebrity either.
These two make me sick.

Littleweed- They will never be re-interviewed. The attorney general in Portugal has effectively killed off the investigation by saying that he wont allow investigators to pose the questions unless he sees more evidence of their guilt and as all the forensics are in ............. this thing is over now Im afraid and it will just drift off into Xmas and then fall into the cold case files by new year :(

by using fact they are enjoying to their base for votes, funds, or (in Sarah Palin's case) the two. that's not merely Republican politicians who do it, however, it merely feels like it for the reason that they had a contested presidential nomination in 2012. Are you the right age to remember how a staid governor of Vermont went wild on the marketing campaign standard path in 2003-4?

I think its disgraceful the way the McCanns are behaving in front of the cameras all the time ..Why don't they keep a low profile ,ask the media for some privacy,I doubt it very much the only people I have seen in the past do this were the guilty ones.
Remember Ian Huntley,the guy who murdered two girls ,he seemed to lap up the attention of the media also.

They act more like a pair of wannabee actors rather than grieving parents. The whole set up is sickening. Poor madeleine. The mere fact of them making this "documentary" speaks volumes and the fact of them not realising in what poor taste it is shows how out of touch they are with normal feelings and sentiments. Money and fame, fame and money, how desperatley they seek them.

a child is missing and yet all u can go on about is the parents..people are sucked in by media speculation ..a the heart of this a little girl has gone missing thats what the foc us shud be on and not the parents and the medias views

There are mercenary people around. Am sure the CBS are paying this mercenary "friend" a big packet for his footage.
Point fingers at the CBS for poor taste & the "friend" for not being a true friend, if you must, but leave Madeleine's parents alone.
Its sickening...i agree.
& i don't just speak of the CBS & the "friend"...
