I think that most Americans don't even know what Al-Jazeera is, much less have an opinion on it.

Al Jazeera is only a center east depending employer that does information, and probably the least biased, maximum professional information software I have considered. many human beings understandably anticipate they are by some ability biased antagonistic to us of a and/or Israel, notwithstanding it really is in basic terms no longer real. They do an extremely good activity and bend over backwards to be honest in my view.

I think in order to give the appearence (to the middle east muslim community) of being "independant" of western influences (particularly the U.S.A.), they bend over backwards to cater to anti-American coverage. I think if they were less worried about establishing an air of "legitimacy" with the muslim community, and more worried about factual reporting, they would be less biased. This hurts their credibility in the eyes of all but people who are predisposed to agree with them (kind of like tabloids in the U.K. - who takes "The Sun", for example, seriously but those who already agree with their political views?).
Unfortunately, in most middle eastern countries, it is illegal (and we are talking death penalty here) to criticize your own government. So people who are not happy with their own government have to criticize it by proxy by criticizing those governments that support their government. Consequently, the U.S.A. has gotten a lot of bad press. Now so many people there have come to accept the notion that the U.S.A. is somehow responsible for their woes and out to get them, that it has become accepted fact, in spite of the fact that it is baseless.
Having said all that, I support their right to have an opinon, and to express it (Al Quada would not do the same if it were the other way around). I think Al Jazeera should exercise more judgement, particularly when it comes to airing audio and video from Al Quada. In many ways, Al Jazeera has become their unwitting mouthpiece.

Not to sound like an ****** but we don't....Americans are a simple people, if we can't punch it we don't think about it. I mean I hear the name, and hear the stories, but anything in our (american) media is so onesided you can't even tell which one side it's for.
IMO If it'sa free press i like it, but I don't think it is.. But all and all americans as a populus would say *shrug*"mmm i don't know"
Trust me I know americans.
