Carl Sagan the US astronomer general said before he died some years ago that if you took all the known galaxies and took just 1%, ,,of that 1% you took all the stars and 1% of them you assume they have planets, then 1% of that figure you will end up wih about 186,000 planets that may hold life....

We are not alone......

The planet would not be exactly like Earth, but it could be Earth-like. Meaning it could also support life. I am sure there are hundreds if not thousands of planets out there that already support life and that there are more in the making.

Well it wouldn't be Earth would it BUT there must be something out there - unfortunately you nor I (or anyone esle on here for that matter) will ever get to know for definite.

It will be many hundreds or thousands of years before we could travel through space fast enough and over such distances to reach it.

So, don't lose any sleep over it

For an interesting answer to your question, read the book "Secrets and Mysteries of The World" by Sylvia Browne. She talks about other life out there. You may not be a fan.......but it's a good read!

And yes, I believe we are not alone. Why would God make all that space and planets and ours be the only one with life?

A lot of other planets are out there, some larger some smaller some more advanced than us some still in the dinosaur age and one day we will find each other, nothing surer.

There is probably another planet out there that can suport human life, yes. But it is probably millions of light-years away.
