also called "Corsicanism" after the brothers Corsican who could feel each other's pain as if it were their own. Cheech and Chong made a funny movie on the subject.
it is believed that there is some sort of psychic cord connecting the conscious minds of the subjects, the only thing like it is the bond between mother and child
though not proven in controlled group studies, the phenomenon does exist.
My sis-in-law and I shared contractions while the other was in labor 1200 miles away on 5 birthing occasions

Here's a possibility.
In a sense we already communicate over vast distances via radio. Problem is though that the power requirements for conventional radio are higher than the brain could afford.
Fireflies though use photonic pulses to communicate at fantastically low power levels, so it's entirely possible human telepathy could be using some variant of that principal. (just not in the visable light range)
If a human brain contained some cluster of neurons that could produce/detect high energy photons it becomes theoretically possible to transmit neural data over vast distances within the power limitations of the brain.
Hope this helps.

No scientifically acceptable answer is available for this phenomenon... are there waves that thoughts create which can travel in no time across great distances and impact specific other minds that can receive and recognize? Similarly what is charismatic personality such that some people by their mere presence face to face can capture others' mind? In the absence of any scientific explanation, people either ascribe these to 'miracle' or simply deny the very existence of such phenomena....... in my view both these reactions are immature... we should be mature enough to accept that there can be such phenomena which we may not understand well enough as of now, but one day in the future the mystery would be resolved... instead of romanticizing such phenomena, we need to address them dispassionately to search for the secrets hidden there.

It isn't.
But guaranteed... if you know the person well enough and are familiar with their typical behavioural patterns.... then predicting their response to any given circumstance after a while can become second nature..... even to the point where you can predict what they're going to say, feel or do even before they do it to within a moderately high degree of accuracy.
Of course... the fact that most humans behave in very similar ways to their peers helps that predictability immensely.

While there are some who believe that we are all connected, in some ways it lies much deeper, especially if you know the person whose thoughts you 'appear' to be sensing. You have a more intimate connection with that person which might explain how you 'feel' their thoughts.
Edgar Cayce wrote several books on the subject -- only one or two ever made it to wide-scale printing.
Hopefully, this helps!

Why you get along with that other soul so much and are friends or in a relationship is because you have souls that connect to each other its just how far you take that connection .I heard it happens to twins all the time when there apart from each other
