Can I cut my pills in half?... ive always had problems swallowing pills...it takes me atleast 5 minutes to swallow one of these lol

You can cut most pills in half. At the pharmacy they sell pill dividers. They cut pills in half a little safer than using a knife or whatever you would use.

sure, as long as you swallow both halves!
I find getting a mouthful of drink, tipping my head back and then popping the pill in usually works best as I can't feel or taste it.
