i told my friend something and then i said just dont tell anyone else.. an hour later everyone else knows lol, why is it that when you tell someone not to do something they go and do it?

sometimes its that thing that just grates your mind, and you cant help but say something to someone....because its eating away at you, but you want to hold that persons confidence. other times? the person just isnt trustworthy. if they generally are, it was a slip of the tounge. if not, if this was the first time you trusted them, i wouldnt reccomend making a habit of confiding in them. your feelings will just be hurt, and the world will know once again.
im sorry, i hope this wasnt too damaging to you. time heals all wounds, will it matter in 10 mintues? how about 10 months? 10 years? youll still have the memory of that person, but i doubt other people will. they werent the freind you thougth they were. it sucks, but sometimes, all you can do, is smile and move along with your life.

Well, not everyone does that, it's probably just your friend and some other assholes. And the reason they do that is because their mouths are just like the 7-Eleven down the street - open 24/7.
So now you know, he's got a mouth like a fishnet, so stop telling him things, unless its something you want broadcasted.

Because the "forbidden secrets" are always interesting to tell. If he is your friend, it was not very nice of him. Evaluate better next time, who the 'real friends' are.
