Yes! they love to be watched while they "do it". take my word for it, I spent back in 1973, 3 years watching with my telescope the windows at an 18 floor building across the street from mine that was 14 floors tall, every night more and more windows will open to my eyes, by the way ,I never watched a star, oh well...
