I highly suggest going to the library and reading the following two books;
"The Paleolithic Prescription"
"The Naturopathic Diet"

My weight came down by 30 pounds, my cholesterol dropped from medically dangerous to normal ratios, and my blood sugar levelled.
Here's a link to a Wiki article on this:

the idea is to stop spiking your insulin with things like grains, starches, and other simple carbohydrates. Feed your body with the diet that we evolved eating.

If your sugar is not too high, your doctor will recommend a diet for you. Not "low sugar", but low fat and lower calorie, specially designed for diabetics.

The other effective ways to reduce blood sugar are to lose weight and exercise. Try to walk briskly for at least 30 minutes a day. Both weight loss and exercise have been shown to be effective in reducing blood sugar and preventing diabetes

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Leafy greens! Replace at least one meal a day with a huge salad, including lettuce, avocados, onions, olive oil. That alone has brought my blood sugar into control. I am in the early stages of diabetes. I also checked out a book called the ph Miracle for Diabetes that explains things about high and low blood sugar that most doctors completely ignore. The raw food diet is one way to completely get rid of the environment for diabetes. (Do a goodle search - there are TONS of raw food websites.) My favorite is www.rawfamily.com - their son had juvenile (type 1) diabetes that he was able to reverse. These folks are for real - I spent about a year learning from them - it's the one and only way to cure this problem.

Soak about 25 gms. of fenugreek seeds in a glass tumbler
filled with water in the evening and next day morning they
will slighty swell. You have two options. Chew those seeds
till they are reduced to paste like consistency in your mouth
and then wash it down with water in which the seeds were
soaked. Alternatively the seeds and water both should be
transferred into another vessels and heated to bring it to a
boil. Now sieve the concoction of the seeds and sip it slowly
on an empty stomach. Continue for about a month and you
will be surprised at the next check up your blood sugar is
down. This research was carried out by Indian Research
Institute of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh so don't let any
allopathic quack tell you otherwise. Good luck and
God bless. Cheers! :o)

There is a product called RiceNShine that has several patents on it for diabetes. This is a low glycemic meal replacement powder. Just two scoops in water, juice, or a smoothie, 5 times a week. It comes in vanilla, chocolate, and original. I have heard a LOT of great testimonials about this, and I take it myself. I have found that it has given me a lot of energy, I stay full for a long time, and i love that it has over 120 antioxidants, 800mg of phytosterols, and is a great source of fiber.
