Nothing wrong with digital. In fact, digital provide better service. Important is to keep your ID. This can be done with their fingerprint or iris check.

Anticipation is the key word.

As a citizen, you should ask government how to anticipate hackers and crackers.

I wont be moving there.They might be digital but not totally,even they havn't made the missus digital yet.
