Bars in bowling alleys have last call at 2AM. Those are the only ones I know that do not operate 24/7.

California law prevents serving alcohol from 2am-6am. In Vegas there are no rules.

Yes. You can also walk the strip from Tropicana to Sahara with an open container and not get in trouble. So go get yourself a BIG whalebone and have fun!

24/7 and there are actually open liquor laws it's just acceptable on the strip and in Downtown on or near FSE.
