by law that.s sexual assult n a child both the.19. year old as well her mom both can get into trouble and where her mom didnt do nothing . legal she as well him can get in trouble those are felony charges on them both . and there.s o limit on this legal wise. my opion/

The victim has to report to police if possible with the witness. Then police takes up the matter and and after investigation will file suit on the legal provisions against the offenders.
