It's supposed to but lately because of global warming it hasn't.

Nope. I'm in Northern Cali and have only seen it snow maybe 4 times and never really enough to not melt right away. One thing nice is it's just a short drive to the snow though.

Oh, yes, it snows quite a bit here in Minnesota. But the last few years we have just barely had enough on the ground on Christmas. That is very strange for us. I'm sure you THINK you wish that it snowed in SoCal but here about 3 hours ago me and my professor and some of my classmates were lamenting about the hard times ahead and how we all wished we lived in SoCal. Winter sucks a$$. But it keeps it from getting crowded here.

Never. Not in south Texas. I've seen snow three or four times in the last 15-20 years.

Last year it did not snow for Christmas but it snowed for Easter. We hunted Easter Eggs in the snow....

yes, we just had our second, no third time it snowed, and it snowed REALLY hard today, but it just melted.
Last year it was 50 degrees on Christmas but in years past, there was so much snow you couldn't drive on the streets
