It's just one single door on a small bar fridge. There's a left and right hand door grip so it can be changed. I just have no idea how to get to the hinge and change it.

Try to find it in the owners manual. If you don't have the owners manual, try to find it on-line from the manufacter.
Most of the time, it's pretty easy. There should be mounting points for the hinges on both sides of the fridge and door. Depending on the model, the hinges usually reverse left to right, and top to bottom. There may be decorative caps to cover them and the holes.
Without seeing it or knowing what model, it's hard to say.

Simple. Remove the top & bottom screws from your hinges and mount the hinges on the other side. This should be covered in the owners manual. If you dont have the manual you can look up your model on the web and veiw the manual there in a file.

Give the 10 to Swamp. "Most" refrigerators are specifically designed to SWITCH. Most often there is come hardware or plate, or Button covering the opposing holes. Pop those; remove the current configuration, perhaps FLIP the bottom hinge to line up, and attach.
