That is just the birth of the "Philosopher" you. May be the reasons behind such thoughts are numerous in dimensions and differ from person to person.

This is born out of a negative attitude some where hibernating in you. Just being negative is not wrong as much as just being positive is not right.

Whatever, you have unearthed a philosopher in you. If that would swallow your life, then you consumate in to a new being perhaps.

Beauty is where you find it, and so is color. We are in Autumn, in the Northern Hemisphere. The colors are turning. The skies are the bluest they will be all year.

Our night skies are beautiful. We are about to see a meteor shower. The moon is in its last quarter and is closer than it has been all year.

No, it doesn't bother me. Beauty and points and color are where you look for them and they are definitely in the eyes of the beholder.
