I will be moving to Santa Fe fairly quickly and need to know how it is as far as housing and the decent parts of town. Also what is the price range for renting apartments, vs mobile homes vs duplexes.
IIs it a hard town to learn to get around in and is is fairly well marked?

You are going to want to stay away from town center. That's where it's most expensive. The closer to Tow center the higher the prices, due to tourism and such.
Apartments or duplex are going to be more than a trailer to rent. Last time I was there it was not too bad to find my way around. Again town center is more twisty and can be a bit confusing, but the rest of Santa Fe is not too bad.
