Without doubt it is Caesar- David was a biblical character so his source references are completely unreliable. Charlemagne was a dandy who wooed his way to power by courting the papal states and inheriting an already survient people. Alexander was indeed a brilliant war tactician and talisman of the people but only Caesar could unite and control such a volatile mix of ethnic minds. His handling of the powder keg middle east is enough to cast any doubt. Also the fact that every Roman emperor was to adopt his name in an effort to instill fear/respect in their peers and subjects is proof indeed of the charisma that he possessed.

Charlemagne was a control freak with little Mercy , as was Julius Caesar , Alexander was as dangerous to his friends as his enemy's, Little is know of King Davids personality .Conquers are not usually scintillating company they tend to ride roughshod over anybody who gets in there way and with hob nailed boots . Woman more than likely found them fascinating . except for Alexander who was of the homosexual persuasion. even though he married for politicial reasons

firstly i take offense at the comment that Alexander the Great was gay. he may have been bisexual but no gay because the Greek thought that boys and girls were the same when they are teenagers so they had sex with both.
the most fascinating personality is Charlemagne and King David but i wouldn't advise ant woman to get involved with any of them because as conquerors and Kings they were ruthless

Charlemagne had a pet elephant, which I think is cool. Wouldn't want to have a romance with any of them though.
