Contact the family court clerk's office - the final paper may have to be filed.

Didn;t your attorney handle this? If so, call him.

Joy to you...

You are probably still married. The court date is for the judge to certify the divorce. If you didn't show, then they have no choice but to cancel the filing.

If you didn't receive a final decree of divorce (BOTH parties have to be in receipt of receiving it) then you're not divorced. Since you didn't show up for your court date the case was probably dropped. You'll have to start all over.

You are still married. Unless you received any final divorce paperwork stating that your marriage has been dissolved, you are still married.

You may want to contact the reno county clerk office to be sure, but I am pretty sure you are still married.

YOUR STILL MARRIED!!! dating back from 1998. goto your main courthouse, family law facilitator's office, and ask for the forms to file a motion for FINAL JUDGEMENT.....plz. strive to end the relationship on friendly terms.
