You know, pairs of words that have the same rule in sounds as "kitchen" and "chicken", what do you call them? And can you give me some more examples?

I mean pair of words that have the same syllables, but the positions of the consonants are changed. Like "kitchen" and "chicken": [k]it-[ch]en, and then [ch]ic-[k]en. You know what I mean?
