Your case is pretty easy to solve.

1. Connect your PC to VGA port still
2. For Xbox360 Elite and PS3, get:
=> i: 2 monster HDMI-to-DVI adapter, plus a DVI switch with audio switching too.
=> ii: 1 GameSwitch, and 1 PS3 HDMI-to-DVI, 1 XBOX360 Elite HDMI-to-DVI
3. Connect the either i, or ii output port to DVI port on your monitor.
4. Connect audio output from either i or ii to an amplifier/speaker

This way, if you want to go back to PC, just press select button on your screen to switch back to Analogue; and select DVI/Digital port and play games, which is also switchable on the machine i, ii itself, including audio.

QED, good luck!

If you want a PC and a game system, then I would probably leave the PC attached to the VGA port and connect the game system to the DVI. If you want to connect an XBox and a PS3 then you would need a DVI or HDMI switch box of some sort.

The monitor supports HDCP, so there should be no DRM issues playing Blu-Ray or HD-DVDs. The appropriate HDMI (1.2 for the XBox, 1.3 for the PS3) to DVI cable will connect the video.

DVI does not support audio, and the 226BW does not have speakers, so you would need to connect external speakers to a seperate audio output of the game system.

Have you checked first whether you can use this model just as a monitor.I bought a Samsung last week and found out it had to be loaded onto my P.C. and it replaced my existing monitor.I took it back to the shop and exchanged it for a L.G. 19" LCD,which I can use independent of my P.C.
