Is it not unhealthy practice?

'Enough' sex is whatever BOTH partners are comfortable with...whether this is 3 times a day, or once a week.

'Too much' sex is when one or both partners become uncomfortable with it, for whatever reason, or it causes physiological problems, or gets in the way of daily life.

There is a balance, and for each couple it is different. Sometimes it is different for each partner, and then the couple must learn to compromise, and respect each other's feelings and needs on the subject.

Sex is the ultimate gift of love between two married people in love. When you ask about "too much," that's what people are confused about. Can you explain further what you mean? Everything must be within moderation. If it is something two people are doing, with mutual consent, it is not an unhealthy practice. If only one is always requesting, and the other gives in too much, well that's another story.

Of course it is beneficial. Most couples do not get enough and how could sex be unhealthy unless it is unhealthy type sex which does not please one or the other. What sort of a question is this anyway???

All depends on the sex. Sometimes you can cause bruising of the cervix or other issues, but those can be worried about as they crop up. The only thing i would worry about it getting bored of the same thing, use variety in places, positions, scenarios, etc.
Don't do things you're not comfortable with. It detracts from the experience and is bad for emotional health.

There is no such thing as too much sex between married couples as long as they are mutually agreeable to the frequency of their activity. However, it is harmful when one partner is not getting enough sexual activity from their partner, because it leads to dissatisfaction.

No it is a very healthy practice. Love making is a form of communication between the husband and wife. It is known to be very therapeutic!

everything should have a limit.
So you may have sex 2/3 times in 24 hours but it should be at an interval of atleast 2 hours, and not within 3 hours of eating.

It's a good prectice

I don't believe that there is too much sex. Why would it be unhealthy?

too much sex is not unhealthy unless you create friction - type sores and then it is painfull. so then you would need to take a day or two to recover. but you should be fine.

The only bad thing which arises from too much sex is that certain things get sore. Aside from that, there is no such thing as too much sex.
