I'm a nurse and this is a true story.
A new doctor came to work at our hospital from another country and his name was "Dr. Schitz."
Pronounced EXACTLY the way it sounds!
After working in this country for a few months and hearing his name being paged all over the hospital, with people snickering and laughing...
He finally decided to change his name to Dr. Schultz.
