I think adding salt will raise your boiling point. So yes salt in the water will allow water to reach 100 celcius.

Yes. The boling point of water is 100 degrees only at standard pressure (1 atm.). If the pressure is increased, then the boiling point of water will rise, so it is therefore possible to delay the vaporisation of water.

Yes. They did a Mythbusters on it. The urban legend was that a woman was trying to boil water in the microwave. She took the cup holding the water out. There was no bubbling, but when she put a spoon into it, the water "exploded" all over her. What the Mythbusters team figured out was that in order for that to happen, the water would have had to be pure and distilled. But it can happen (water reaching boiling temperature without vaporizing).

yes increase the presurre and it would. it would be same like liquifying your deodrant.100 degrees is the boiling point at atmospheric pressure. the pressure cooker incresaes the temperature of boiling water by increasing the pressure
