In between periods, I get small pains that feel like menstrual cramps even when I'm not menstruating. I get a sharp, stinging pain in my right ovary area (I'm assuming that's where my ovary is) and it's slightly duller in my left. I'm also experiencing gas, constipation, diarrhea, and indigestion and getting small bouts of fatigue with what feels like small rises in body temperature. I'm experiencing weight loss and last month, I had a terrible fever with no other symptoms that went away after a couple of days. I feel full after eating only a bit and find I've lost my appetite. It's a strange thing and I'm having trouble pinpointing the symptoms. I will be seeing a gynecologists soon but need to wait until the first of the month for my insurance to kick in. Can anyone help me?

I'm only 18 and I am feeling a very annoying urge to pee all the time, and when I do, it's painful and hardly anything comes out. You have been very helpful.

There are a number of possibilities such as endometriosis but because you have to wait for the insurance to kick in check with your primary care physician to see if they can give you something to help with the pain til the insurance kicks in.

Not to alarm you but you may have a hemorgaic cyst in your right ovary or you may have ovarian cancer. I can't give you that answer but you may want to check with your gyn to do a CA-125. Do you feel like you have the urgency to pee? Ovarian cancer is hard to detect. If you can afford it I would get that blood test to start..

it could be any number of things from ovarin cyst to endo to the start of menopause (what is your age?)to pregnacy and everything else in between.you really do need to see a ob/gyn to rule out many things. It also could be nothing.it also could be something that is not part of the reproductive system and could be GI related(stomach, intestines, gallbladder)with weight loss and not having a appetite I would strongly recomend that you see a doc soon.
