World population is more than 10 billion now and added a billion per year. Land for food production getting lesser every year due to usage for residential purposes. Third world countries are the best producers of baby and comes the church that opposing artificial birth control. Unless an unorthodox solution is made then population will grow exponentially.

Wow you really don't know what you're talking about. World population is only 6.5 billion, and the population is certainly not exploding, as fertility rates and birthrates have dramatically declined everywhere, including in the third world. Population growth has slowed to about 1% a year, and it is expected the population will peak and then start declining around mid-century.

Some countries already have a declining population, and they're just a few years ahead lots of others.

Women's fertility determine the birth rate, not men's. The birth rate in most third world countries have dropped dramatically over the last 30 years and the population is no longer growing exponentially. 10 billion is not the current population but where the population is expected to peak in 2050 before it starts to decline. It is estimated that we could feed 20 billion people.

I agree that your suggestion is perverse and sick in the very least. But I also agree that the population growth IS a problem. Scientists have been trying to figure out this problem for decades. Studies show that, although a recession in population is likely, the world's population will spike by the end of this century to an inconceivable 50 billion. There is no real solution to this problem and I blame a lot of it on (Are you ready?) RELIGION! Our "faith" and "beliefs" have taken on a terrifying new level of stupidity. Church's and religions encourage their followers to have as many kids as possible even if they can't afford them. It scares the **** out of me. Now, please, don't everyone get mad and degrade me. This is just my opinion.

Nah you are looking at the equation in the wrong way.

The third world countries produce many many babies so as to increase the chances of survival, most of them will die before reaching puberty, much less adulthood. But they dun understand that if they produce one more child, that's one more mouth to feed, and when you have to share among many people, you'd starve even more. For them, you kinda have to teach them common sense and common sense is not common!

In some countries, there are too many people and in other countries, the birth rate is in decline. I say we advocate adoption so that the population gets spread out.

Sterilization might be effective but cruel and unhumane way of population control. Humans are not pets. The best way of population control is education. Education also helps increase productivity, development, commerce and economy while decreasing STDs, poverty and unemployment. The world actually needs more population to sustain the world's growth but effective conservation, recycling, considerate consumption and other green measures through education could help us maintain human life.

This, like global warming, is something than only liberals worry about. Others understand that there are more real and urgent problems.
