I know half of her new single, just from the commercials about it, it's driving me crazy lol
She pops up on almost every channel (Target commercial), but PARTICULARLY on MTV...there are tons of commercials for her there

Oh my god thank you! I was thinking the same thing, like if I hear Alicia Keys voice one more time I'm going to throw out my television set I swear to god. Talk about cramming someone down your throat!

The reason they play her songs more on tv than on the radio is because she has 8 minute songs. I'm not trying to criticize but I get it! I don't need an extra 5 minute rendition. I guess my attention span is shot because of tv but damn, mix it up a bit. I'm not "hating" I think she's very talented but I sometimes feel that her talent is being thrown at me everytime I hear her music, it's like "I can sing look at me". I get it! And why is she at every music awards show? She's only been here what 5-6 years and she feels she has so much seniority and entitlement, you won alot of grammy's, we know, seriously, we do. Again, not saying she's a bad artist or person but it gets to be a bit much, anyone else agree or is it just me?

Wait, I was stuck in traffic due to an accident for 2 1/2 hours--I swear I heard her new song 10 times in those 2 1/2 hours and after that, I haven't been able to get that song out of my mind!!

Yes! They are playing it out.... I wish she would not have agreed to do all that, maybe just the Target commercial (which seems to be on constantly!) would have been enough exposure for the new album.

I agree, the song had a chance of being good, before they overkilled it. Now it reminds me of the Umbrella song and all of Beyonce's music, too annoyingly repetitive to listen to.

they deffiently play her song WAY too much
i can see why no underground bands with the most talent never get on tv haha,they got beat-up by Alicia Keys =]

yes!!! i watch mtv too.. its not just her, every week they pick a band and just continually play their songs... but on the other channels i dont know

Im with you on that one, except Im no fan of hers. I think she's talented but her music doesnt do it for me. In fact I hate this new single more than I hated fallen, and I didnt think I'd ever feel that way about another song.

i think it's a good comeback
but i've noticed she got real curvy (bootylicious!) :) not that it's a bad thing .. curvy is so in XD
