There are many herbs good for your headache.
Lavender is one of them, and lavender oil is a first aid remedy for home use.
Put a few drops of lavender oil and massage into your temples or the back of the neck.
It will relieve headache and neck tension.
Also the oil can be used for bites, minor burns, skin irritation, and so on.
It's an essential oil for anytime anywhere!

hehe I hope your husband is as light-hearted about this as you! Unfortunately the herbal remedies will only help in sexual reproductive health and stimulation, not 'growth'. I can suggest some herbs that may be a good idea for those purposes. It may help if you take something to make you more receptive to any and all sensations, whatever the source. ;) Avena Sativa-Enhance sensitivity in pelvic area. Also a relaxant. Ginkgo Biloba-Increases energy (stamina), increases bloodflow to the pelvic area and the rest of the body and is a mood lifter. (Can also substitute Indian Ginseng which does the same) Schisandra-Also increases bloodflow to the sex organs. Most important thing to do is make sure you aren't taking any meds if you decide to use herbs. There are some that don't work well with others. Also if you have allergies, make sure you know what family the herbs are from! My favorite way to use herbs are tinctures, but you can also grind them and make capsules. As for other remedies, try finding alternate ways in 'connecting' and pleasing one another. :) Ultimately you already realize it is a spiritual union between you and your husband, so once you've 'united' perhaps you can break away and show him different ways of getting to the 'promise land'. lol Good luck and be blessed!

Headache from being stressed? You need comfort food. If in summer, I'd like a chilled fruit cup or Cold Stone ice cream. If in cold winter, I'd like a cup of hot green tea and soak in hot tub to relax. If I were in Hawaii, I'd look for a good lomilomi - deep tissue massage.
I don't like pain killer drugs, neither. I agree with previous answers about the pressure point on your hand.

Glad to know you are not influenced by allopathic quacks,
the paid agents who sole aim is to discourage alternative
remedies. Accupressure helps and you need not go to
any clinic. Get few wooden or plastic clips which you clip
on wet clothes to dry on a string. Now clip these wooden/
plastic clip on the tip of both the thumbs and wait for 2
minutes only. In case you cannot bear the pain immediately
unclip yourself. Also if you thumb is turning bluish green
which means a temporary clot is developing in which case
just unclip yourself and please don't worry it is far better
then taking any drugs. Besides if instead of clip somebody
or you yourself can with your right hand pinch and hold your
left thumb tip for two minutes and alternate it with other hand
you will be surprised at the headaches being gone. Go
ahead and try you have nothing to lose except your ache.
Good luck and God bless. Cheers ! :o)

It would help to know more about the type of headaches....
Are they tension, migraine, etc....
frequency
What appears to cause them?
What so far have you tried that has seemed to help, if anything?
Post some details and I'll take a look back later.
Be well - Peace

I know it sounds so cliche, but I squeeze the pressure point between my thumb and index finger and it always seems to take the pressure away from my head. Also try drinking a lot of water, that always seems to work for me. I am with you 100% on trying not to use medicine for every little thing, wish more people felt this way.

Cranial Sacral works great for headaches. Many massage therapist know how to do it. But try to find someone that specializes in it. I think it is fairly inexpensive. If you can't do that I use a product called wintercrest. You just rub it right on. I like it maybe you will. Good luck!

I haven't tried this, but one of the books I was reading suggested DLPA, which is a form of amino acid that slows down endorphins in our brain. I'm thinking a lot of it has to do with nerves and chemical reactions in our brain. Do a DLPA search on the web.
