Unofficially, here are the pots for the UEFA World Cup Draw. Who do you not want to see in your group from each pot? Who do you want to see in your group from each pot?

Pot 1 -- Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Rep., Croatia, England.

Pot 2 -- Romania, Scotland, Greece, Russia, Poland, Norway, Ukraine, Sweden, Serbia.

Pot 3 -- Turkey, Denmark, Ireland, Bulgaria, Northern Ireland, Israel, Switzerland, Finland, Hungary.

Pot 4 -- Bosnia, Slovakia, Belgium, Cyprus, Wales, Moldova, Albania, Georgia, Macedonia.

Pot 5 -- Slovenia, Iceland, Armenia, Latvia, Austria, Lithuania, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Lichtenstein.

Pot 6 -- Kazakhstan, Estonia, Malta, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Andorra, Faroe Islands, San Marino.

Reminder: 8 groups of 6, 1 group of 5 -- winners qualify, 8 best second place teams meet in head-to-head for last 4 spots.

Note: Unofficial because Nov. rankings not announced but no new games to be included since Oct. rankings.

Answer 1

From a Uk perspective, Romania and Sweden in pot 2 and Turkey and Denmark in pot 3 are who I don't want. I also sense Belgium in pot 4 and Austria in pot 5 are to be avioded. Croatia in pot 1 and Hungary in pot 3 look the ones to have for Scotland. I think the 8 best second place teams rule is a bit strange - one team is going to finish second and miss out completely.
